Question: My screen is empty? I see no video!

• Click on settings button in the player
• Click on the "Camera" tab within the Adobe Flash Player Settings window (in most cases this is already selected)
• Choose your webcam from the drop-down menu:
• For MacBook/MacBook Pro/iMac Users and if having an external USB-Webcam attached choose "USB Video Class Video"
• For Mac users with an external iSight camera choose: IIDC Firewire Video
• If you have your DV-Camcoder attached to your computer and want to record you Video with this device choose "DV Video".
• If the video is still not working, click "Config" again and click on the blue "?" in the top right corner of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window. You will be forwarded to the Flash Player Help page.

Question: It doesn't record my sound! Total silence!

• Click on the big blue "Config" button on the bottom-right of the webcam frame
• Click on the "Microphone" tab within the Adobe Flash Player Settings window (usually this is already selected)
• Check the Record Volume setting - is it set high enough?
• Choose your sound input device from the drop-down menu:
• Users with a laptop which has a built-in mic should select "built-in microphone"
• If you have an external input device connected to your computer's line-in connection, choose "built-in input"
• If you have your DV-Camcoder attached to your computer and want to record your voice through the camera's microphone, choose "DV-Video".
• If the sound is still not working, click "Config" again and click on the blue "?" in the top right corner of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window. You will be forwarded to the Flash Player Help page
